    Product Introduction

    As an insulating gas, SF6 is non‑toxic, non‑flammable, and offers excellent insulation characteristics. Its insulation strength is significantly higher than that of traditional insulating gases, and it also possesses superior arc‑quenching properties. As a result, SF6 is widely used in SF6 electrical equipment.

    However, SF6 gas is expensive, and under the action of arcs, sparks, and corona discharges, it can decompose and produce toxic by‑products. Therefore, SF6 gas recovery is necessary during the application of SF6 electrical equipment. This device is specially designed for recovering and recharging SF6 gas during the manufacturing and maintenance of SF6 electrical equipment.

    The device is suitable for vacuuming, gas filling, recharging, purification, and recovery of SF6 gas in SF6 electrical equipment.

    The device consists of an SF6 gas recovery unit. Its main advantages include the ability to directly store recovered SF6 gas in liquid form in a container, recover residual pressure in GIS to 53 kPa (absolute pressure), compact size for easy mobility and placement, fast vacuuming speed, and the ability to dry and filter the recovered SF6 gas. It can also recharge SF6 gas back into SF6 electrical equipment.
