    The transformer winding deformation tester has two test methods, frequency response method and low voltage short-circuit impedance method, and uses two different methods to measure the winding of the power transformer, fully reflecting the winding characteristics of the transformer, and more accurately analyzing and diagnosing the winding deformation. Two test methods, frequency response method and impedance method, are perfectly combined, saving test time and improving work efficiency.

    Product Features

    1. The frequency response method uses the sweep frequency method to measure the characteristics of transformer windings. Without lifting or disassembling the transformer cover, by detecting the amplitude frequency response characteristics of each winding, the distortion, bulging, or displacement of the winding can be accurately measured for transformers of 66kV and above.

    2. The frequency response method has a fast measurement speed and takes 1-2 minutes to measure a single winding.

    3. The frequency response method has a very high frequency accuracy, with a frequency accuracy of 0.005%.

    4. The instrument adopts 5000V voltage isolation to fully protect the safety of the testing computer.

    5. The instrument has an oscilloscope function, which facilitates real-time monitoring of testing conditions.

    6. The frequency response method can simultaneously load 9 curves, automatically calculate the relevant parameters of each curve, diagnose the deformation of the winding, and provide diagnostic reference conclusions.

    7. The frequency response method uses powerful analysis software, and the software and hardware indicators meet the power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international electrical standard IEC60076-18.

The short-circuit impedance method does not require an external voltage regulator, and can automatically apply voltage to the AB, BC, and CA high-voltage windings of the transformer, synchronously collect data, and automatically calculate the impedance error percentage. The test results are very intuitive.

    10. During the short-circuit impedance method testing process, the waveform diagram of the test current and voltage is displayed, which facilitates real-time monitoring of the testing situation.
