    Product Introduction

    In a power system, the transformer is the core equipment, and its long-term reliable operation is directly related to the stability and reliability of the entire system.

    Currently, the DC resistance test and the turns ratio test are mandatory items for distribution transformer outage maintenance. To perform these tests, two separate instruments are traditionally required: a transformer DC resistance tester and a transformer turns ratio tester. Each instrument has its own dedicated test leads, requiring separate testing procedures and frequent changes in wiring configuration. This results in significant consumption of manpower, material resources, and testing time.

    In response, our company has innovatively developed a two-in-one distribution transformer test system (DC resistance + turns ratio) powered by a high-capacity lithium battery. With just one set of equipment, both test items can be completed without the need for frequent disconnection of test leads. This integrated design greatly improves testing efficiency and simplifies on-site operations.

    Product Features

    1. One connection is sufficient to perform both the direct resistance and variable ratio tests.

    2. The direct resistance test function allows for three-phase automatic testing of Yn, Y, and △ windings, along with the calculation of the three-phase unbalance rate. The maximum output current is 20A, which is ideal for testing the very low resistance of low-voltage coils in distribution network transformers.

    3. The variable ratio test function supports three-phase, single-phase, and Z-type transformer testing, as well as PT/CT variable ratio and polarity testing. It also includes a blind test function.

    4. Equipped with various wired and wireless communication interfaces, the instrument allows for easy expansion of its functions.

    5. The device runs on an embedded Linux operating system, ensuring high security, smooth operation, and user-friendly functionality.

    6. The instrument utilizes a dual-core A7+M4 architecture, enabling real-time measurements and seamless performance.
